Anxiety
Let's talk about feeling anxious. It can happen to all of us. With all the school pressure, social media, and figuring out who we are, it's no surprise we get overwhelmed sometimes. Anxiety is our body's way of saying, "Hey, something's up," especially when we're facing big challenges or changes.
The reason why you can feel anxious is because you have to deal with a lot more than just homework. Social media keeps you probably comparing ourselves to others, and sometimes the future can seem pretty scary. It's totally normal to feel anxious for this reason.
Here's something you might not hear often: a little bit of anxiety isn't always a bad thing. It can make us more alert and motivate us to solve problems. But when anxiety starts messing with our daily lives, that's when we need to take a step back.

If you're feeling anxious, remember, you're not the only one. Many of us feel this way sometimes, trying to find our way in life. Understanding that anxiety is a common part of being a teenager is important.
It's okay to feel this way, and it's okay to talk about it.
It is totally fine to reach out for help if you're feeling too overwhelmed. With a little support, you can tackle much more.

01
Bottling up
Bottling up you feel? Not the best idea. Find someone cool you can chat with- like your BFF, a fam member, or even a counselor. Talking it out can seriously lift that weight off your shoulders.
02
Social Media Detox
Love double-tapping and snapping your day away? Same. But sometimes, our screens mess with our peace of mind. Try setting some limits on your screen time and see how much brighter your real life can shine.
03
Get Moving
Ever notice how good you feel after moving your body? That's because exercise is like nature's chill pill. Whether it's hitting the gym, trying some yoga poses, or walking around the block.
04
Relax Moments
Guide her in understanding that being open doesn't mean she has to share everything with everyone. Ask her with whom she feels safe so she can express her feelings and thoughts freely.
05
Ask for Back Up
If stress feels like too big a beast to tackle alone, it's totally okay to ask for help. Reaching out to a pro - like a coach- can give you some solid strategies to kick anxiety.
